Steve thinks this sounds a bit arrogant but that is not my intention at all. I’m just wondering if your pond is this clear? We have the new ionizer up and running and our pond has never looked better. Unfortunately, we don’t have another pond right beside it so we can compare pond to pond. It may be that it is just this clear or it may be because of the ionizer. Time will tell.
We are still working out some of the kinks. We keep getting different colored blinking lights and no one can explain them but it appears to be working properly.
As you can see from the pictures, both night and day time viewing is clear as a bell. You can even see the bubbles on top of the water! The aerator is also adding to the mix as we did not have this last year.
You cannot tell in the photos but the fish rarely move since the temperatures have started to stay low. They are trying to use the least amount of energy possible.
